Exchange and Return Policy

📦 Eligibility & Timeline

  • All exchange/return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day).

  • We accept exchanges in cases of size issues or if you’ve received the wrong product.

  • For any defective or damaged items, please include your Order ID and clear photos of the issue in your email.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Free exchange for size issues or wrong product (of the same value).

  • If the exchanged product costs more, the price difference must be paid online.

  • We’ll arrange the reverse pickup for free (once per order).

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, neatly folded, and returned with original tags and packaging.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged items.

  • If a return is accepted without any delivery or product defect, ₹100 will be deducted for reverse pickup and handling.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or the bank account you provide.


❗Important Notes

  • No refunds for size issues, but exchanges are allowed.

  • No returns/exchanges for items bought during sales or with discount codes.

  • Used or washed products are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Slight color/design variations may occur due to screen differences or photography. These are not considered defects.

  • If we find the defect is due to customer handling, the return/refund will be denied.

  • Please do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
